Behind the scenes, I optimised workflows to empower staff with tools that simplified communication and daily management. The platform integrated processes like maintenance tracking, event planning, and resident support, reducing complexity and enabling high-quality service delivery.
Recognising that technology must evolve with its users, I delivered tailored training sessions for Vitanovae’s team, empowering them to harness the platform’s full potential. Ongoing support ensured adaptability, allowing the platform to grow alongside the community.
